MEET THE TEAM IN WINDHAM, maine

Alyson has been with our team as practice manager for nearly five years but has worked in dentistry for 20 years. She plays a vital role by assisting staff to be productive and efficient and sharing knowledge. The highlight of each day, Alyson says, is working with our team and developing relationships with patients. She was drawn to Lifetime Dental Health because of the camaraderie between team members. Alyson earned her dental education at Dental Careers Institute in Portland, Maine.

Alyson is married to Kendall and has two kids and a German short haired pointer named Gunner. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys boating, camping, and watching her son play hockey. Alyson also finds time to be involved in her children’s activities at school. Did you know… she has a reputation for singing ridiculous karaoke songs? Alyson grew up in Sebago, Maine and has lived in our community since 2016. Ask her about the cosmetic dentistry she’s had – she’s happy to share!

Rachael started working in the dentistry field at the young age of 15, making her an experienced professional. She is proficient in treatment planning and is also well-versed in all aspects of dental insurance policies. Rachael is committed to helping patients understand their policies, ensuring they receive the maximum benefits they are entitled to. She enjoys working in our friendly and bustling office environment but is never too busy to greet everyone who walks through our doors with a warm hello.

Born in Las Vegas but raised in Orange County, California, Rachael never thought she’d live in Maine, where her husband, Paul, is from. Rachael and Paul are the proud parents of Ryder, Henry, and Alana, who keep them busy with activities and sporting events. Rachael is also active in her church, and she dreams of opening an art shop with Paul someday.

Sandra has devoted much of her life to dentistry and patient care. She’s been in this line of work for 35 years, four of which have been spent at Lifetime Dental Health. Sandra’s focus is on providing good dentistry; she loves ensuring patients are comfortable and happy throughout each visit. Her dental motto is, “keep your teeth and gums clean.” Our welcoming and encouraging staff members made our practice the right fit for her.

Away from work, Sandra enjoys going for walks, biking, and watching birds and wildlife. She likes to spoil her two cats and dog, as they are her “kids.” Sandra spent much of her life in Auburn and relocated to Poland for the woods and water.

Kailey is a recent addition to our team who loves providing our patients with caring and compassionate care. Born and raised in Portland, Maine, she’s a graduate of the Dental Careers Institute, has been serving as a dental assistant for five years, and loves being part of our office’s positive, peaceful, and professional team.

Outside of the office, Kailey loves spending time with her husband, Steven, and her four stepkids. She’s also looking forward to welcoming a baby boy later this year!

Karen is approaching 10 years with our team. Her priority is “taking good care of patients" and she enjoys meeting new people. Her key message is that prevention is critical. When it comes to oral health, Karen has an associate degree in dental hygiene and chose to join our practice because of our friendly team and our proximity to her home. She has an associate’s degree from dental hygiene school.

When she’s away from the office, her favorite pastimes include spending time with her husband, Mark, and their three children, playing with their English springer spaniel and baking. She considers her peanut butter fudge her claim to fame! Karen volunteers at Our Lady of Perpetual Help and the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals, and her dream is to one day own a bakery. Karen grew up in Westbrook and has lived in our town since 1994.

Jennifer has been with us for five years but has 26 years of experience in dental assisting. Her priority is to make sure patients are relaxed and comfortable in her care, and she considers her coworkers to be rays of sunshine!

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family, skiing, hiking, camping, and boating. She dreams of traveling in her retirement and seeing her son succeed. Jennifer grew up in Windham and has lived in our community for 46 years. She’s happy to work in her hometown.

As a dedicated member of our hygiene team, Andrea is focused on making patients feel comfortable and happy. She thoroughly enjoys working with her colleagues and loves that her workplace is located close to home. Andrea studied dental hygiene at NHTI and has been with us since 2015.

Andrea is married to Kendall and has two children. She enjoys spending time with them and going to the lake. Andrea has an eclectic mix of pets including a cat, chickens, and honeybees. She volunteers at her children’s school and their sporting activities. Andrea grew up in Berlin, and has lived in Gray since 2016. Upon retirement, she wants to travel in a campervan!
